My name is Nomi Abeliovich (BA(Hons)Arch, DipArch) and I hold a

Master’s degree in Food Culture & communication from the University

of Gastronomic Sciences.

I worked as an architect for several years after completing my

architectural education in UCL London and set up Gastronomi after

it became clear that architecture was not a goal, but the path to an

edible destination.  Gastronomi occupies the fascinating space between

food and architecture, offering a cornucopia of food related products and

services, expressed through writing, photography,travel, design, creation

and innovation.  Here everything is possible, and best of all, edible.

Gastronomi Is based in Tel Aviv, but when it comes to food related

projects nowhere is to far. Whether you have a specific question,
